Using hardwood boxes with dovetail joints from a lot that I was offered a while back and knowing I could find something useful to use them for. This is one of the designs. All materials are reclaimed and recycled.
A salvaged box that has been transformed into a vintage style box with hinged lid-great for storage-cutlery, first aid, jewelry, etc.
Exterior is painted and distressed. A Red Cross is painted on the body that adds to the vintage style and the interior bottom of the box is lined with fabric that compliments the colour of the box
Box measures 18" wide x 8" wide x 5" (outside height).
