Cabinet designed as a built-in made to fit in an opening in your wall. The inserted part is smaller than the facing which has a 2" frame around the door.
Made with hardwood and pine, the door is has a beadboard panel on the bottom with an upper glass section decorated with a vintage "Apothecary" decal. You may choose from either clear or frosted glass. The facing can be either painted with a chalk paint and slightly distressed, stained as shown, or completely painted. The painted finish is protected with a clear poly that won't yellow or stained from a choice of oil stain colours.
The cabinet has two shelves- one at the height of the glass panel (roughly 8.5" from the top of the cabinet) and another that is adjustable on 3 levels roughly 9.5", 8" and 6.5" from the bottom. Additional shelves can be inserted on demand.
The inside is painted the colour of the cabinet. Black "L" hinges and small knob complete the look.
When ordering: supply the measurement of the opening that you will insert the cabinet: height, depth, and width. Measure diagonally (refer to diagram) to ensure they are the same. If the two measurements are different, use the smallest one. My cabinets are precisely T-square but if your opening varies, the frame around the door will hide any imperfections. The cabinet shown is 20" high and 15" wide. It is 4.25" (with frame) deep with 2 shelves. Recessed section is 3.5" and inside depth is roughly "3.25". For cabinets deeper than 3.5" the option "extra depth" allows you to add depth
