Shipping and Processing Times,
Our small shop consisting of two people take great pride in the products we create and although we try to go as fast as we can, we value quality over speed. If you have a deadline to respect please let us know by contacting us at email@example.com to ensure we can honor your request.
Because our products are all hand made and custom made to each customer's specifications processing times will vary from item to item.
Bath Trays, Planters, Dish Drying Racks, and other small items: 1-2 weeks
Bread Boxes and Clocks: 2-3 weeks
Custom amde wall mounted and built in cabinets: 4-8 weeks
I am confident that you will absolutely love my product. However, if for some reason you want to return an item, I will be happy to do so within 30 days of original purchase. The item should be in original condition. Products that have been used are non-refundable. The shipping cost is non-refundable in cases of returns. No refunds will be made in case of custom orders.
If an item reaches you in a damaged condition or doesn't fit, I will gladly replace it with another one, same type, after receiving a photo of broken or non fitting product NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED. In the case of one of a kind pieces that have been received broken that cannot be replaced I will refund the price of the item. Since I insure big pieces in case of damage and have to indicate the value for taxes and duties applicable to countries, SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ALL TAXES AND DUTIES APPLICABLE TO YOUR COUNTRY ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 14 john wilson, sherbrooke QC j1m 1m9, Canada.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
