For a washroom needing that extra storage!
Designed to fit in an opening in your wall, the inserted part is smaller than the facing which has a 2" frame around the door. There is an open shelf at the bottom and if tall enough (as the one shown) a top open shelf can be added. The open shelf is backed with beadboard and the interior backing is painted the colour of your choice. The 2 doors is has a solid panel with a 4 hole pattern. The facing can be either painted with a chalk paint and slightly distressed, stained, or completely painted (as shown). The painted finish is protected with a clear poly that won't yellow or stained from a choice of oil stain colors.
The inside shelves are all adjustable at 2" intervals. The number of shelves is determined by the size. Black "L" hinges and and small black knobs to complete the Farmhouse look.
The cabinet shown is our own and measures 22" x 54" x 3.5" with a 2" frame. Recessed section is 3.5" deep and inside depth is roughly "3.25". I've listed my standard sizes but if you wish to go bigger than the sizes, please contact me for a personalized quote.
For an insert 18" x 30" the open shelf is 8" high and cabinet section is roughly 20.5" high
For an insert 24" x 36" you can have the possibilty of an upper and lower open shelf with the cabinet section at roughly 19" high

WHEN ORDERING
- supply the measurement of the opening that you will insert the cabinet: height, depth, and width. Measure diagonally (refer to diagram) to ensure they are the same. If the two measurements are different, use the smallest one. My cabinets are precisely T-square but if your opening varies, the frame around the door will hide any imperfections.
-If you wish to increase the depth of your cabinet (deeper than 3.5") choose the option + extra depth and the size you require.
-If not otherwise stated, the color of the "distressed finish" option will be "Casement" as shown in the listing
-Because each cabinet is made to order and demands numerous finishing details processing time for each takes between 4-6 weeks to allow for completion. If you have a deadline to respect, please contact me.

Please ensure that measurements given are correct. If you need any guidance or have any questions to please contact me as each cabinet is custom made to order with the measurements and specifications (color and finish) given at the time of the order. They are not refundable or returnable.
Custom orders for sizes greater than 24" x 36" are welcome and price will depend on the overall size.
